KELLIE SWANSTROM, VP, Business Development

As VP of Business Development for iiBIG, Kellie Swanstrom brings over 12 years of sales and administrative experience in the executive conference industry.


She worked her way up the executive ladder in the conference business, and is a proactive decision-maker who understands the enormous B2B growth opportunities that executive conferences provide. She is professionally persistent, and excels at creating solutions her clients.


Prior to joining iiBIG, Kellie worked for eight years with an international executive conference company where she held leadership positions in New York and London. After transitioning into a sales role, she topped the million-dollar sales mark within her first two years. She covered over 60 conferences on-site, working closely with her clients to identify their main objectives, and to insure they gained maximum return on their investment.


In 2000 Kellie started a new venture in the outdoor advertising arena where she applied her entrepreneurial instincts and sales experience to land the largest account in company history within her first 3 months.


In 2002, Kellie returned to the conference business – her true professional passion – and became one of the leading business development executives in the firm. She distinguished herself as a highly disciplined and independent self-starter who consistently reached and surpassed goals.


Kellie studied Business Management at Northeastern University and resides in New Jersey with her husband Christian and her two beautiful children Brady 4 and Caroline 2.
