Melissa Simmonds De Castro is a passionate graphic designer, communications and events professional with more than a decade of experience in the creative industry. Her work sits at the intersection of strategic communications, branding, and event planning, where she brings ideas to life through thoughtful storytelling, strong visual identity, and well-executed experiences .
Throughout her career, Melissa has led and supported high-impact projects across corporate, nonprofit, and creative environments, taking on roles that range from creative project management and communications strategy to event production and team leadership. She is known for her ability to see the big picture while paying close attention to detail—ensuring that every message, asset, and experience feels intentional, coherent, and human. Bilingual in Spanish and English, she thrives in multicultural and collaborative settings, and is especially skilled at translating complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.
